legs--oh my god he threw in a couple new exercises including a feet almost together squat with your toes a tiny bit pigeon toed. OMFG my ass is still hurting from that... woo hoo that ham tie to my ass is going to improve come hell or high water!!!

I don't know what it is, but I love bread and could easily down an entire loaf at times, no problem... not because I'm hungry, or because I'm eating clean or because I need a cheat... but because I do... Yummy...

Now... I must go do Cardio...

I have four pieces of multigrain bread with Teddy's all natural unsalted superchunky peanut butter every day for lunch.
I wish I could drop the bread. It would make such a difference but I can't! At least its not a wrap or white bread though...
