I am using your back to basics routine. I like the idea and thanks for the info.
One thing though, I am very afraid of the deadlift and worried about injuring myself. I akso do not want to get instructions off of the trainer at my gym. I asked the guy about the staright leg deadlift and he replied "just use the t-bar row it's the same"
Do you know of any websites or can you perhapps give me some instructions perhaps.
As well, My friend is a hunter and told me I can have as much deer meat as I can fit in my freezer. Are you aware of the nutritional properties of venicem ie: protien fat ect..
