Bro did you read my essay? (I got an A+) you guys are using an old English system with some very slight variations, the rest of the world uses metric! It's easier because it's decimalised! We actually use both over here but I prefer metric, multiples of 10 make sense, multiples of 12,14,16... just unnecessarily confuse the matter. Our currency was only decimalised in 1971, prior to that it was multiples of 12.


Oh and I've bought a quarter pounder from McDonald's in France....

I've got plantar fasciitis a nasty condition in my right foot, hurts if I run, walk too much or lift anything heavier than my bodyweight in squats or deads. I could keg press 470-500 before I got the problem. Deadlift was at 180kg and squat at 175kg. So no, 250 isn't much for me :) I'm nearly twice your weight bro, 105kg I was 117kg at christmas! :evil:

As for doing cardio on N2Slin and N2Burn. I never tried it bro was afraid that my heart would blast out of my chest and go into high orbit around Saturn.

Well I hope it does the trick. I seem to have gone backwards since switching diets. I'm back on the blood type diet now (blood test Thursday) but only 3 weeks left! Gotta work hard and keep my diet on point!
 
Okay back at the gym today. I'm starting a new thing.
45 mins of weights & 45 mins of cardio each day.

Weights will be a circuit of sorts. 4 exercises 30 reps per exercise with a weight I can manage 8-10 reps with. Do as many reps as possible them move on to next exercise. Keep going round till I've completed 30 reps each.

Bench 90kg (198lbs) 12,12,6
Barbell row 90kg (198lbs) 8,8,8,6
Upright row 65kg (143lbs) 8,6,8,8
Deadlift 115kg (253lbs) 10,10,10

As you can see I finished the bench and deads in 3 sets while the rows took an extra set each. :)

Later 45 mins cardio on the bag :)
 
Today's WO

Circuit again. 30 reps per exercise in as many sets as necessary. As you can see I only needed 3 sets for squats but 5 for pull ups :)

Pull ups BW - 5,8,8,6,3
OHP 50, 52.5, 55, 57.5kg - 8,8,8,6
Clean 65kg - 8,10,8,4
Squat 92.5kg - 8,10,12

I increased OHP by 2.5kg (5.5lbs) each set. Everything else I kept the same throughout.

I've taken 2 N2slin and I'm waiting 30 mins before I eat.
 
Very pleased with my pull ups there. 2 sets of 8!! That's a damn fine improvement as far as I'm concerned, not a PR but not far off. :)

Ok no weight training today, I was off work, had a bunch of appointments to attend.

Kickboxing, 90 minutes high intensity cardio. Was a bloody good session! I kicked three peeps in the head including the instructor (spinning kick :evil: ) and I got this cocky French bloke with a double head kick :D

Today's WO. I was so shagged from last nights kickboxing session, dunno whether it's my cardio improving faster than my muscular endurance or maybe I was working harder thanks to extra energy (N2slin) either way I woke feeling like I'd just done 12 rounds with Vitali Klitschko. So I didn't lift. I attacked the bag.

Ok first 5 min warm up really was just gettin my arms to work semi normally!!! Second warm up round things started coming together :)

2 mins max effort
5 mins mod-easy
1 min rest - repeated 5 times

44 mins total I believe.

I gotta say, I was faster, more powerful, slicker combinations and my LEGS!! Damn! increases in height, speed, power & balance! Half an hour later an I'm feeling so bloody drained but I don't wanna have any more carbs today so just suck it the fcuk up!
 
Oh I did 2 of the 5 minute easy-mod paced rounds with 1kg (2.2lbs) weights in my hands. Sped right up after that.

I only started using it this week, so can't speak of fat loss results but you definitely get more energy in the gym. As I understand it, it works by getting more carbs utilised for energy rather than stored as fat.

Oh boy, it's nearly 0900 on a Saturday, I've downed some N2slin & N2burn and I'm about to go out for some fasted cardio.... OK a 2 mile walk. I can't run with my foot condition so I'll have to walk at a brisk pace. I may pause on the park for some shadow boxing.

I am NOT a morning person so getting up before noon on a Saturday for cardio without first getting some caffeine in me is a real push!
