Yeah, but my doctor said that my groth plates or whatever showed I was done, and I also haven't grown in a few years. (Although, my first doctor did say I should be 5'10'' haha)
 
What I've seen is guys getting their height by 18-20, but continuing to 'fill out' until 25-26. This is natural, so far as I've seen. Lots of skinny 20 YO who didn't do anything and still gained muscle and definition - probably has to do with all the test . . :qt:

Well, I hope that's true because that would be really nice.
 
I put about 30lbs on from the begining of college to the end. I did lift religiously but my diet was not in check..taco bell was callin me but I stayed fairly lean. As you get older I think you just put on that man weight. Im still hoping for more of that.
