I am going to swap my routine around, just to keep my body guessing...
At the moment i do:
MON: chest\tris
TUE: back\bis
I want to swap to this:
MON: chest\bis
TUE: back\tris
Would this be overtraining my bi's as i suppose i would be hitting them on the back workout?
