Elite Bros, critic my diet. Bash or Praise. Im 192 lbs, 29, bf is around 13%. I want to get bigger, but im not on cycle currently.


Meal 1
Glass Milk
6 egg whites
1 cup grits
5 pieces of bacon = 550 cals

Snack 1
Slim Fast 200 cals

Snack 2
1 Serving of Almonds 160 cals

Snack 3
Protein Bar 400 cals

Snack 4
Slim Fast 200 cals

Meal 3
Grilled Chicken Salad 420 cals

Snack 5
1 Serving of Almonds 160 cals

Meal 3
Glass Milk
6 egg whites
1 Serving HashBrowns
5 pieces of bacon = 550 cals

Snack 6
Gainer Drink 665 cals

Maybe I am reading it wrong? Your Meal numbers dont add up right. Anyway, I am sure most on here will agree there is something better than slim fast for a "Snack". Unless your real overweight, or have real bad cholesterol, why not try 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites. The yolk has all the nutrients. Maybe some cottage cheese at night instead of the second round of eggs? Or a Casein protein shake(Due its slower digestion rate).

Glass Milk

1 cup grits
5 pieces of bacon = 550 cals
drop the bacon and add more milk and eggs. put some peppers and onions in the eggs. add a bananna

Snack 1
Slim Fast 200 cals
drink a real shake if your giung to do a shake

Snack 2
1 Serving of Almonds 160 cals
add some mixed berries to this

Snack 3
Protein Bar 400 cals
eat a real meal meat, broccoli, sweat potato

Snack 4
Slim Fast 200 cals
make a shake with whey powder, milk, a few egg whites, and oats

Meal 3
Grilled Chicken Salad 420 cals
eat a real meal home cooked chicken breast, with fresh spinach on ezekiel bread

Snack 5
1 Serving of Almonds 160 cals
add an apple

Meal 3
Glass Milk
6 egg whites
1 Serving HashBrowns
5 pieces of bacon = 550 cals
do the same as meal 1

Snack 6
Gainer Drink 665 cals
drop this and eat some whole omega eggs a little bit of broccoli and a small serving of oats.

you are not eating enough to grow

needtobuildmuscle.com has a great protein bar package for cheap. its high cals and clean unlike all other bars and they taste so good you will want to eat them all day long. get the pack that has 2 bags of bars and a tub of power butter to use while making them.
