I am running a EQ/Eth/Fina/winny cycle for cutting up an am pretty obsessed with cardio. I usually do it twice a day, (a.m and post workout for 40 min.) I was wondering if this is too much if I want to keep most of my muscle mass. Would once a day in the a.m. be efficient enough to precipitate fat loss with a good diet?
