Cardio, dieting and my lift's are stronger !!..

4 Weeks ago I started cardio and dieting, my stats were 6'2'' @ 258lbs, BF% ?? but not high, although no abs.
After 4 weeks cardio, dieting and 6 e/c/a per day, low carbs and fat and increased protein my weight now stands at 240 with my abs starting to show through etc...

Anyway as quick as I'm losing weight my lifts are increasing !. I last done a cycle 4 months ago, it was Testoviorn Depot, deca and anapolon.
In the last 2 weeks my bench has increased by about 15kgs, this is about the same with all my lifts.
I was talking to a nutrition expert in the gym who said it was due to my previous cycles !. He say's that as my body is using it's fat reserves for energy the steroids from previous cycles, particularly the deca was being absorbed by my body again and thats the reason for the increase in my strenght.
I had orginally put in down to my increased CV capacity, but as a soldier I'm pretty arobically fit anyway.

Do you guys think his explaination is on the mark ?.

Well I have my little theory, but nothing scientifical. Maybe cause now your body is back to its original state (read "full recovery") so you might experience an additional boost. Are you benching more than you did while on juice ? I dont believe the eca has something to do with this, since I never really experienced such increase with eca/clen. What is your diet now ? Maybe something you add+the recovery.....
 
I think that you may be eating cleaner and possibly sleeping better. and your body is reacting favorably. I also think that the nutrition expert may be right in part at least. I have read many times that deca is stored in bodyfat at higher levels when used in conjunction with anadrol or d-bol and can release into the body weeks and months after injection. I cannot back up this statement with solid research articles however. I'm quite sure that I have experienced similar responses after deca use. Keep up the good work.:)
 
Thanks for the replies so far guys. My diet is only better in so far as I've dropped refined sugars and simplex carbs from the diet.

Something I left out. In the days I'm not lifting I do my cardio, followed by 3-4 sets of circuit weight training with 7 stations. I keep my rep range in the 20+ range and never go to failure.
This could mean my muscles are operating more effectively, but I'm still very interested in my friend idea about the deca/body fat absorbion and thought it was something to bring to the board here for consideration.

Manny to answer your question regarding my lifts while on juice.
This last 2-3 weeks my gains are coming up as fast as I get while starting a cycle.
My cycles are pretty much like I posted about. But I tend tp go for long cycles, 2 months to 4 months is not ususal. My last cycle lasted most of 8 months !, just changing the steroids in use during the time.
