OXANDRIN New member Jun 25, 2004 #11 I just started eating 2 gala apples at night.... i used to eat almonds but they are too calorie dense for my current diet. 2 apples have carbs...BUT! they have fiber and pectin which fill me up nicely and allow me to feel full enough to sleep

As for apples, nah....I'd much rather have the good fats from almonds and nuts than frutose...........
