Can't drink with the gf

Last couple of times we have drank with one another we have gotten into fights. She is not a big drinker and I don't really care to drink that much anymore so we decided to not drink around each other. Any body else have problems like this?

A lot of couples who are my friends have the same problem when they are drunk.

One time my friend and his gf got into an argument at a party where they were both drunk. He got upset and walked out the door and she followed after him. He tossed his beer bottle up in the air and it came down and hit her right in the face. Everyone thought he had hit her or somethin.

They just dont drink together. At least one person's there to be the DD.

That's one thing I never understood. Drinking doesn't change who I am or what I think about friends, family, girlfriends. So no matter how drunk I am I'm not gonna suddenly be an ass to you unless there is some underlying reason causing it. Crazy how drugs affect people differently.

my girlfriend is kinda bitchy when I drink and trys to do that mauling let me take care of you bullshit,.which pisses me off and I get upset. I just steer clear of her if ive had a few

happened a lot with my last gf... at a bar I would leave her with her friends to go talk to my buddy or whatever, and then shed start bitching later that I was trying to ignore her
