Squats 3 x 10
Chest Flys 3 x 10
Rows 3 x 10
Overhead Press 3 x 10

Workout B:
Deadlifts 3 x 10
Bench Press 3 x 10
Dips 3 x 10
Chin Ups 3 x failure

Workout C:
Squats 3 x 10
Incline Chest Flys 3 x 10
Rows 3 x 10
Overhead Press 3 x 10

Workout D:
Deadlifts 3 x 10
Incline Bench Press 3 x 10
Dips 3 x 10
Chin Ups 3 x failure

Schedule:
M - Workout A
T - Off
W - Workout B
TH - Off

How does this workout look?
 
I would do a muscle group each day instead of a full body workout every other day. Does your schedule only allow for u to workout every other day?

I have pretty much a free schedule but I was reading how full body routines were better due to more frequency
 
Please give your stats, including how long you have been lifting. It would also be good to identify your goals and give a brief over view of your diet. When it comes to weight traing, the context is very important.
 
From what I've learned by reading on here. Going from 3x10 eod to more sets more weight and everyday work outs. I can tell and see the difference. That just my opinion. In 6 months I've gotten stronger than I ever could working out my old way.
