can someone look at my diet for today??

Hello, I would like to lose maybe 5 lbs or so. Currently I am 120 pounds, 23 years old, and 5'4. I do full body workouts 3-4 days a week, every second day with 2 days off, and I do intense cardio 3-4 times a week- walk fast/running intervals, hiking, jumping rope, plyometrics, etc. for at least an hour, sometimes 1.5 hours total. I was wondering if my diet looks ok in regards to ratios and calories. Am I eating too much?



Breakfast
(7:30)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 scoop protein
20g banana, few berries.
2 tsp peanut butter....................360
1 1/2 scoop octane.....................68
(9:00)
workout
(10:00)
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup musli-dash of milk
1 fat free yogurt.........................240

Dinner (12:00)
1/2 can tuna, 1/4 cup c.c
1 slice w/w bread, 20g banana............250............(918)
walk/running intervals for an hour
(3:00)
1 fat free yogurt, spoonful cottage
cheese+ 1/2 can tuna
1/2 cup broccoli+ 1/2 cheese slice................130
1 tbsp p.b (I was starving).......................90
Supper (5:30)
4 egg whites, 1 & 1/2 yolk,
veggies, 1 cheese slice..............160......1298
Before bed (8:00)
1/2 scoop protein+1 tbsp pb
1/4 cup cottage cheese..........................210..............1508
 
Is this ok for losing weight?? Should I cut out more calories?? I feel like I am eating too much, but I get really hungry. Can someone please help me with my diet...

120 lbs bro? How tall are you? Are you sure you dont want to bulk up? What are your long term goals?

cut all carbs from dinner on. if you feal hungry eat a scoop of anpb or some olmonds. drink plenty of water. do your cardio first thing in the morning before you eat.
