Thanks for the replies. But you guys have it wrong. I wasnt overtrained before I went to a 2 day per week workout. I was growing like a weed in size and strength. BUT since I started this job I only have 2 days per week to lift and my diet has sucked, BUT THE THING IS I havent lost size or strength. Now I am not really gaining size, only strength and loss of bodyfat. But how is this possible when you supposedly need a good diet and more consistant lifting routine???

Why would you think you should be getting smaller? Your working out less *and* eating less. If you were eating less and working out the same I am sure you would wither to nothing. Give it a shot. Cheers.

I have an answer for you.

Diet is highly overrated regarding strength - Dave Tate

Also, especially with regards to strength, less is often more. If you go really hard once a week you may be better off than going somewhat less hard 3 or 4 times per week.

Everyone is different, some can train more often than others, some less often.

There is a top Master's Division powerlifter, whose name escapes me at the moment who only trains 2 days per week, no more, and he squats over 900 lbs, at over 40 years of age!!!
