What are your thoughts...I follow (as of today!) a 40/30/30 plan thanks to great advice from Mr. x. I did cardio on an empty stomach but was wondering if I caould drink a small gatorade (1 tbs) and take my r ala and lipo before cardio. Would that ruin the fat burning theory? This is how I was told to take these products when I ordered them..
FYI...I was a very low carb dieter - vegetables only until today. I can't believe how different I feel! After cardio I waited 1 our, ate steel cut oats and egg whites - did mt weight training 45 minutes later and then followed with protein shake. I feel great! Normally I am craving all sorts of food by this time - not today! It is great! My carb phobia is slowly decreasing!
