What are your thoughts...I follow (as of today!) a 40/30/30 plan thanks to great advice from Mr. x. I did cardio on an empty stomach but was wondering if I caould drink a small gatorade (1 tbs) and take my r ala and lipo before cardio. Would that ruin the fat burning theory? This is how I was told to take these products when I ordered them..
FYI...I was a very low carb dieter - vegetables only until today. I can't believe how different I feel! After cardio I waited 1 our, ate steel cut oats and egg whites - did mt weight training 45 minutes later and then followed with protein shake. I feel great! Normally I am craving all sorts of food by this time - not today! It is great! My carb phobia is slowly decreasing!
 
Carbs pretty much stop fat burning in their tracks, esp. very high-GI carbs like Gatorade.

T-Rex + Lipo + Yohimburn DF + Cardio on an empty stomach will produce the best results. Just don't do it too often (muscle-loss will cause problems a bit later down the road).
 
Thank you for your response. So if I am correct I should take my supplements on an empty stomach and then do cardio - ? Should I use r ala at this time as well?
 
There is no reason to take r-ALA if you're not intaking carbs (which you shouldn't before cardio, for maximum fat-loss).

I feel great! like I said before, balanced diets do work fairly well :)Normally I am craving all sorts of food by this time - not today! It is great! My carb phobia is slowly decreasing!

I slam steel cuts and eggs after every AM cardio session....bout 45 minutes later...nothing before.........
 
thank you for the reply's! However now I am sooo confucsed - did you read the post by baby face? Should we cut our carbs?

you are so great to get back to us like you do! i only hope some day some way we can help you as well! I have the incorrect post it was written by body by finaplextitled low carb bulking. I obviously do not want to bulk but the nutrition info was intersteing about efa's and protein. Again - thankyou!
