im setting up my new split. just need everyone's input.
i will be doing wsb training coupled with strongman.
monday - off
tueday - de upper or lower
wed - de - lower or upper
thur - off
friday - me upper or lower
saturday - me lower or upper.
my reason for listing it like this is because i plan on doing events on saturday. so which would be better?....... to do events on the same day as me lower, or me upper. either way it would give me 2 days off before i would do the other de day on tuesday.
another question............. would it be so bad to work out on the 4 days above, then do events on sunday?
