I love thd MP3 player. Nothing helps get me motivated more then popping the tunes on there and switching them up. I won't allow myself to listen to the music unless I work-out. If there is certain songs that help get you motivated, the blood flowing, I would buy one and upload those songs. Then I listen to like Yahoo music all day long which you can figure out what songs you like and write those down to download and throw on the MP3 player the next week.

LOL damn....I forgot that! I got one in Dec for my 40th from my kids....My workouts increased emensly(SP)

Thank you all again soooo much! Your replys are fantastic - this is such a great board! I really do love the whole body building sport but man can it play with your head! The tough survive and it is in our nature to push - thanks again - excellent advice!

Great reply! - Spent last night doing just that as my friends son was in the ER - he fell off his bike and cracked his head open - UGH!

Hey there

I can most certainly relate to your post regarding the diet bit. Maybe starting a journal would be a good idea (maybe ill start one too :). I was so good for two years straight with my diet and training and was really doing well, then let it slip, just for a little bit and have been really battling to get back into the routine of things and get my shape back
