it is not "sugar laden" it is whole oats and i would never suggest
a processed food to anyone.

i personally eat quaker whole oats but this gentleman was loooking
for something convenient and quick. :)

You eat the right thing- Whole oats. These can be added to shakes or other foods. I've even heard (although I wouldn't do this myself) you can eat them raw (dry).

ingredients are listed in descending order. musclemilk oatmeal is comprised of whole oats, protein, lean lipids and vitamins

As long as they aren't flavored, you're GTG. I'd stick to the can of whole oats though. Steel cut oats are the least processed, optimizing all of the nutrients.
