Bodybuilding Shoes

Wasn't sure where to post it but can anyone recommend some decent shoes w laces etc not like runners!

Flat soled as well with high sides and big tongues if that makes sense!

this is the diet section bro...but you could take a look on amazon or ebay and somebody might chime in here.

i just wear regular trainers..

guys doing olympic lifts go for the shoes with the supported heel section, am sure a google search will help you find what you are looking for.
