My partner has been gifted this job of stretching out my quads. Bit of an eye opener to see how tight my legs are.

Notes - low calorie day added back into my plan as my weight gain on the rebound needs to slow down just a tad.

physio visit today to sus out my knees. Been having issues with tender knees last couple of weeks and strength has drastically dropped on leg days so want to get it in check.

Stretches will now be added into my morning routine to fix up the ligaments that have tightened up on me. I've been pushing hard but not taking enough care of myself staying limber 😂

I've been told it's my ligaments have tightened up.

The intense reverse pyramid training obviously has caught up with me due to not stretching.

Very tight and tender knees. Mild pains below and around the knees.

I'm sure it'll be fine soon enough
