hey I had this crazy idea for a diet to drop my bf a little bit. heres what the diet consist of.
meal 1- 6 egg whites, flax oil, multivitimen, 750ml water
meal2-250ml of skim milk half a protein bar
meal3- 2 cans of tuna with water drained, water,
meal4-250ml of skim milk half protein bar
meal5- broiled chicken breast , water
post workout - protein dink with water 44g's protein 3 g fat
before bed- protein drink with skimmed milk
is thr any alterations to this i could make to drop the bf any more or would this work?
