Blood blisters? from HGH

I just noticed that on both of my arms on the same place, on the inside opposite of my elbows I have these red spots that look like blood spots or something.. I'm in my 5th week of taking 4IU Jintropin HGH daily... So far I have had no side-effects, except numbing of my hands... I inject on my stomach, and have no signs there. Any ideas what this could be? I've attached a picture.

It's under the skin though... it looks sort of like blood vessels that burst or something
