Bicep/Triceps Today

Has a pretty solid bicep/tricep workout tonight. Supersetting the 5x5 sets is great, it gets me out so much quicker. I have a question though...

I had a post a li'l while back about arm size difference, because my right was bigger... and it was visible too. About an inch, I believe. Anyway, I noticed I always get a pump in my right arm, and after the workout when I squeeze my bicep its solid, like a rock pretty much. However, my left one feels rather mushy, yet it's still pumped.

Anything to worry about? Explanation?

Are you dominant with your right hand? I talked with some phd.s in excercise science about a similar matter, and we came up with that your neural patterns in your dom. hand are more refined, This explains why you can sign your name with your dom. hand, but if you try to use your non-dom. it looks like a 5 year old wrote it. They told me the best solution would be to use slow and controled motions, and to really concentrate on squeezing. I hope that helped.

train with dumbells only and prioritize your weaker one. an inch is a big difference so it's gonna take a while. focus on really flexing your weaker arm in between and after your sets.

Could it be that lately, I've ONLY been doing one type of grip with deadlifts? That being, left underhand, right overhand. I only started to get the imbalance when I began doing deadlifts with the same grip time and time again.

It's either that, or I feel I may have pulled my left bicep last week, so maybe it's still catching up and it'll "spring" back soon? I'm not really sure.
