whats better for gains
keeping a steady insulin level- ie a nice balanced diet with plenty of protein and adequate carbs
or
low carb cycling
the reason i ask is that there is a lot of mention of glycogen supercompensation or whatever its called- ie you can get more glycogen stuffed into the muscles after depriving them.
is this just a solution to load carb eating, or is it actually a favourable way to grow when lifting
