Alright fella 4 months in, and my focus is to continue hitting the weights hard, starting this week ill be doing a little hit training and basketball to try to burn the rest of that fat off... The abs are almost here haha.
Now that I have had 3 months of the same routines im trying to switch things up a little bit. Doing a lot more pyrmid sets, (Up and down) a lot more deadlifts, and a lot more pull ups then I was before. One of my main focuses it still diet. trying to find that perfect combination of being able to burn fat while gaining muscle!
