actually, I havent had a candy bar in years, so I prob. won't know the difference...it's that or a tuna wrap....and I aint much of a tuna fan either............maybe I'll just f-it and eat both.......
preworkout seems to be the most rational idea - use it for fuel; besides, JK, I saw your post on Anabolic Board, if you wish to run a bulking cycle, give yourself some lee-way - you're not eating pop tarts, anyways. If your workout is in the AM, then go for it, your body will be most sensitive, and any fat gain will be nominal, given the over all diet is in check
