I was just taking a peak at the bally fitness program diets. I pasted the 1,200 calorie plan below. My question is, although you will lose weight, wouldn't you seriously lose muslce mass with this too?

Breakfast

Banana* 1 medium
Water 8 oz.

AM Snack

Orange* 1 medium

Lunch

PM Snack

Bally Snack Right Bar 1 bar

Dinner

Chicken breast* 2 oz.
White rice 1 cup
Margarine 1 tsp.
Garden salad 1 small
Lite salad dressing 3 tsp.

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I was thinking the same thing. The diet looks like a piece of crap to me...but I'm a fatass so who knows ;)
 
It seriously does. All of the diets look fairly shitty to me. I guess they work though. Well obviously, you barely eat anything.
 
They work great to lose *weight*, and so long as the scale shows dropping stats, they can't ask for their money back. BRILLIANT.
