Back Pumps vs. Kidney Pain

lifthard2005 said:
bros, how do you tell the difference?

my urine is a little yellow, but nothing like orange or a tint of red. when I walk I have major pumps, at least thats what it feels like, in my spinal erectors. Sometimes I almost fall if I do not sit down.

Here is where it gets confusing. If I am laying down, watching television, I get the same pains/pumps too. But not as bad. I honestly have cut the dbol from my cycle, lowered my EQ and stopped NPP as well.

Cycle prior to pains/pumps:
test @ 1200mg/wk
eq @ 1200mg/wk
npp @ 700mg/wk
dbol @ 60mg ed

Now it is:
Test @ 1200mg/wk
EQ @ 800mg/wk

so back to my question of how to tell if it is kidney pains, or back pumps (spinal erectors engorged with blood)???? Doing the dishes are even impossible.

Didnt lift the last 2 days and will ba taking the next 3-4 off as well to make sure i am ok.

Kidney pains are on your back right next to your side back pumps well its where your back muscles are. I know thats probably not the best directions but they are close enough to your side to differentiate them (your kidneys) from that of your back muscles.
