Back Pumps vs. Kidney Pain

lesarin,
i have to be honest, i don't think i drink enough water, that probably contributed to my back pumps. and may not have been taking enough potassium, unless there's 1100mg in two multi Vitamins.

lifthard - make sure you drink enough water.

bros, how do you tell the difference?

my urine is a little yellow, but nothing like orange or a tint of red. when I walk I have major pumps, at least thats what it feels like, in my spinal erectors. Sometimes I almost fall if I do not sit down.

Here is where it gets confusing. If I am laying down, watching television, I get the same pains/pumps too. But not as bad. I honestly have cut the dbol from my cycle, lowered my EQ and stopped NPP as well.

Cycle prior to pains/pumps:
test @ 1200mg/wk
eq @ 1200mg/wk
npp @ 700mg/wk
dbol @ 60mg ed

Now it is:
Test @ 1200mg/wk
EQ @ 800mg/wk

so back to my question of how to tell if it is kidney pains, or back pumps (spinal erectors engorged with blood)???? Doing the dishes are even impossible.

Didnt lift the last 2 days and will ba taking the next 3-4 off as well to make sure i am ok.

Its most likely back pump but with that amount of gear its highly possible to be your kidneys. Lay flat on your back on the floor and put your feet over you head.....if the pains lessens than its most likely muscle tension in the lower back due to increased pump/blood flow

if your urine isn't too dark and isnt cloudy and there's no blood it sounds like you're ok

im on cycle 12. I usually run 4-6 weekers, hence why so many cycles, and have ran about 3-4 looong cycles of between 10wks-20wks.

do u prefer the shorter cycles or the longer ones?

well it depends, i love eq and it must be ran long time. I am goingto run it for 20 weeks at 800mg/wk. then drop to 600mg/wk all through summer.

i like short ones better i guess. my gear is all in EO so frequent injections are a synch. the best i think are

prop/npp/dbol

prop/tren/winstrol

long cycles i like:
test e/eq/tren e

sustanon/npp/anadrol

these pumps are usually from the psoas muscle. in addition to supplements like mg and k, and more water, try to work on stretches / relaxation routines for the psoas

Could be both, pain in kidneys and back pump, in other words the back pumps are from kidney pain.

you cut your d-bol, so, I assume this will go away.
