I have back pain that I am almost sure is due to muscular imbalance in my lumbars.It most likely occured during a bout with clinical depression,during which I quite literaly layed in bed for a solid year. What type of exercises would you guys reccomend to remedy this? Reps?Sets?Frequency?
I've been doing some light stiff-legged deads, hyper-extensions,and of course quite a bit of stretching.This seems to be helping,but I wanted to bounce this off everyone here.
