I went to the NZ army assessment day today and everything went fine until the physical section came up this may sound really stupid and sad but when i had to do the 2.4k run i was tired before i even got to the track because we had to jog thier ourselves wasn't too far, once the run started i was totally screwed before quater of the way through
, felt like i was gonna faint, started getting dizzy, basically i was gonna fall down dead, all sorts of crap was going through my head
. So does anyone have any advice on how i can get my fitness level up a whole heap? so i could possibly actually finish the run next time and finish it running all the way through
