Are blueberrise too high a GI carb for cutting?

FVCK! And I have been eating my half a banana facing SOUTH. I guess THAT is why I am not all lean and cut up. Thanks for the advice. ;)

Hahaha, you bet... be careful next time, damnit... you're ruining your body with these mistakes!!!
 
Blueberries are loaded with anti-oxidents and other important nutrients are reasonable low GI, but are fruit. I would recomend limiting yourself to 1/2-1 piece of friut a day when cutting, and make certain it is not post, or immediately pre-workout.

A handful of blueberries it by no means going to impede your efforts unless you are on a keto diet.
 
Hi All!

New to the boards. What about eating some strawberries and an orange? I don't mean every day, a couple of times a week? Would these sabatoge a diet?
