Does anyone elses appetite drop after training?? I struggle to get all my meals and shakes in after training and find myself forcing food down more than before my workout. A main reason why i train pm!
no but i find that if i have a shake and it blows my appetite away for hours, I have a shake at the gym and have to force down a meal when i get home quick because the longer i wait the harder it is to eat

This could have an effect. Digestion slows when training, so you would still be full after if this were the case. I personally can eat a shit load right after I train.
