Im trying to get under probably 30% BF on my way to trying to look like Brock Lessner! lol or better
anyway, I am trying to do the protein stuff like chicken breast (mentioned in my last post) and tuna on stone ground wheat with light fat free mayo and some sweet relish( which is freakin great refrigerated bread and all!!!!) . Breakfast always kills me as its usually junk on the way to work or some store bought freeze stuff high in fat.
any and all suggestions will be taken
