Had a pretty good one today. Started off with Max Effort Lower day in the gym. This is my last week of doing deadlifts (3rd) and I will go back to doing good mornings first next week for a few weeks.

Light Pull Down Abs
Sled Dragging
90 added for each set
Front, 100 ft x 2 sets
Back, 100 ft x 2 sets
Bent over, pull through style, 100 ft x 1 set
Log Clean & Press
about 6 light sets building up to 212 x 3 reps, all extremely easy
Incline Log Press
140 x 10
162 x 10
190 x 10
212 x 10
262 x 10 (all easy, will add weight next week)
Eagle Talons Deadlift Holds
135 x 2 sets
235 x 2 sets for time...these felt really good for the hand and grip strength
235 x 1 light set with a pair of meat hooks
CoC Gripper
Trainer x 10 reps each hand x 3 sets
Atlas Stones
185 x 10 full reps
185 x 10 cradle once and atlas squat for 10 reps, full from cradle to the full stand up
185 x 10 cradle only
That was it. I am going to do some more abs and some reverse hypers before I go to bed to help with the lower back tightness. I am really having a good time with my training and events...I needed a few weeks to just have fun with them. After all...I do this for FUN...NOT money...just FUN.
