ok, so this cop is an asshole for doing his job? who the fuck are you that you think the law doesn't apply to you?

it's not the cop who is an asshole, it's you. you are driving around in a car you did not purchase, with tints you knew were illegal, and then you bitch when you get caught. instead of doing the responsible thing, you use whatever measly connections you have to get out of trouble - temporarily - only to repeat the same cycle over again.

you are not only having your brother's friend commit fraud, but you are setting him up to be held in contempt of court by submitting evidence that is obviously and intentionally false.

here is my advice. ready?

stop acting like a 5 year old.

stop using others to get you out of trouble you knowingly brought upon yourself.

stop making others put themselves at legal risk for getting you out of trouble.

take the 'tints' off of your windows or move to a different state.

and finally, stop calling people assholes for simply doing the job they are supposed to do.

I didnt read too many of these posts, but I use to have tints(its illegal here too) and got a few tickets for them. I love the look, I like that people cant see what you have inside your car to steal, plus I like that the sunlight dosent bother you. That being said Im not sure if Ill ever tint my window again because you do get harrased by cops. Its bullshit if you ask me. And that saying that they have to pull you over for a reason..............well they can say anything to back that up.

I agree. I really like mine, too and all for the reasons you stated above. When I drive at night, I feel a LOT safer that people can't see in. I had a weird guy try getting into my car one night a few years ago when I was at an intersection (red light) and my doors were locked, but still - I like that people cannot see in now.
