mehh...you deserve it

your attitude is the reason teenagers need to get jobs and work for the things they get...no kid needs an audi TT...shame on your parents.

sorry, IP, but i agree with jerkbox.
if you want to have tinted windows- that's cool, but don't complain when you get tickets, especially after the first one, since you knew then that it was illegal.

its not the cops fault- its yours.

i came from money too- a lot of it. i was handed most things when i was younger, and still could now if i needed it...but feeling/acting like you're above the law or that anyone that doesn't cater to you must be jealous... well, that's a piss poor attitude. i hope you get that new job, because if i were your parents, i'd make you pay for any fines you get.

although, it doesn't sound like your parents are all that into teaching you great life lessons.

LMAO. I know this is what they claim (why they pass this law). That's BS. In 46 other states this law does not apply, so any semi intelligent person would obviously come to the conclusion that tints don't make a big difference. With my car anyway, from where he was at (his position) he couldn't have seen in even if my car didn't have tints (just because of the shape/size of my car).

I am not saying he wasn't wrong for pulling me over. I am pissed because he was a prick and was not honest about the law.

yes, there are laws in other states governing the amount of tint. I myself wish they didn't exist, but I think they do for good reason... especially in East LA.

I didn't say I earned money (if you read). And that isn't your business. I had to do many things... accomplish multiple goals (that I obviously wanted to do). So tell me oh family psychologist.. why, because i have a nice car, is that wrong?? I am still succeeding in life, doing good, volunteering, earning other things I want, accomplishing goals, challenging myself, etc... so why does a CAR make such a HUGE difference? Please.. do explain?

you may be "succeeding" in life as you put it but in no way are you an adult. you sound like a 13yr old who mommy and daddy made walk the dog and clean her room to earn her shiny new bike.. only in this case the bike is an audi tt.

it paints the picture....quite accurately I'm sure.

here's a little life lesson, the rest of your life will be full of people telling you that you can't just have those things that you want (which you are probably not used to hearing)....might as well get used to it and stop crying about it.
Lmao - thanks dad. See, the thing YOU dont know is that I already know this. I have ONE thing from my parents - ONE THING. I know I have to earn what i get. Are you kidding me? I just got myself into one of the most competitive Doctorate programs around... do you think I paid them off? LMFAO. There are many things I have had to earn on my own without a "reward." This just had to be proud parents, giving their child a gift. I have a good head on my shoulders.. and I don't care if you think that i do or not because frankly, if you knew who I was in person, you would see. No one would be able to tell I had an Audi TT unless I showed you it. I don't act like a spoiled brat.

I was complaining because I do not LIKE how cops handle situations at times. Not because they were doing their job.

LMAO. I love how people generalize after getting ONE bit of information. Can't you use your own brain and learn more about who I am as a person and what I do without judging?

My God people are you serious? Jumping all over me because I have a nice car? You must be kidding me.
I don't care about you or who you are, I would have asked if I did. Post on the interweb and get judged on what you post.....nuff said. :)

See this is why I am getting upset because my parents have taught me ALL of life's lessons. I am not made I got pulled over nor do I think I am above the law. I AM MAD because the cop was an asshole, abused his power as an officer, and didn't tell me legit information. THAT is why. I am NOT above the law.. and neither is the cop (which was what he was trying to do with his cocky attitude). I will fix my first post.

How close minded of you to judge another you have NO idea about.

i understand you not wanting to be judged, and you shouldn't be.

just like you should not be judging the cop who is trying to do his job and doesn't care who your daddy is or what kind of car you drive. he cares about the law.

I laugh at you. I feel bad for people that are around you because you come to a judgement based off of no other information. My friends would laugh at this comment you just made because I am the total opposite. You just don't get my point, do you?

You must not have read what I said earlier in the thread. I am not mad at the cop for doing his job.. I am mad because he gave me WRONG information (when he knew what was right).. trying to trick me with the law when infact I knew that what he was saying was NOT right. He was acting RUDE to me (which is totally unprofessional), and that is not acceptable no matter what. Now, if you were being an asshole back to him, or ended up getting arrested, okay - I understand. But I sat there and was respectful.. and he took advantage of that.

Now that is wrong.

they obviously didn't teach you how to handle criticism....lmao

no one has to be nice to you, no one has to let you off the hook, no one has to give a crap about your little problems.....i think they forgot all of these too.

welcome to reality, leave the tiara at the door.
