I usually hit every body part twice a week. My split is this:
Day1: Back/Bi/Legs
Day2: off
Day3: Chest/Tris/Shoulder
Day4: off
Day5: repeat
Chest: Flat bench 6 sets, flat dumbell press 3 sets
Tris: Dips 3 sets, pulldowns 3 sets
Shoulders: Milt Press 3 sets, Shurgs 4 sets
Back: Pullups 4 sets, pulldowns 3 sets
Bi: Barbell curls 4 sets
Legs: Squat 5 sets, leg press 4 sets
Is this too much?.. I seems to be working, strength and size is going up well.
