Advice Wanted. I'm going to start my first cycle tomorrow.

I am going to start my first cycle tomorrow. I got D-Anabol 25mg and DECA 200mg. The bottles say take 3 pills once or twice a day. I plan to take 1 pill of each 3 times daily. I also ordered gold standard whey protein, casein and amino energy all from optimum. I work out in the late afternoon around 3:30 pm. I plan to lift 4 days a week and do cardio 2 days a week. Does this sound like a good plan? Will I see results? Please share your advice, Thank you.
 
I am 26, 5'8 and weight about 145-150. I have a small body frame. I just want some muscle on my frame, my goal isn't to get ripped. I want to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle. I have never used anything other than protein shakes. This is my first time w supplements.

Well brother first I have to tell you that ass is not the way to go, I know that's probably not what you want to hear but it's the truth. First thing you have to get straight is your diet. You can gain 10-15lbs easily naturally based on your height and weight. Especially your first experience with any sort of supplement? Get your self some n2bulk, creatine, bcaas. Really man just the basics and a VERY clean diet to start off. Go check the diet and weightlifting forums there is a lot of great stuff there.

your main problem is your diet based on your stats you are not eating enough , fix that 1st and do some research before jumping on anything when you are ready go fir a simple test e cycle that will yield great results but diet and workouts are the key here .
 
What is that you're taking? I'm assuming prohormones or some sort of "we want to make you think it's steroids" stuff. I'd steer clear of whatever that stuff is for now and just eat big and semi clean, use creatine, lift heavy, get your sleep and drink a ton of water. In a couple years hop on something that's not advertised as something it's not. I'm making some assumptions here based on the "label says take 3 pills per day" and the deca coming in a pill form. Not saying there aren't effective prohormones or other pill form supplements but this is an area that you have to be careful in - lots of fly by nights trying to get into your wallet.
 
that stuff sounds like the bs that you buy out of the back of magazines.. not sure what is in them but it isn't real i can assure you.

we have a lifting section and a diet section this is what you need to focus on.. it takes years to build a base bro
