second week of aa3, did aa2 a year ago, good gains. What AA3 does though is i have rest days, on even weeks i have monday, friday saturday sunday, odd weeks tuesday, thursday saturday sunday to work on other things, i have been squating on fridays/saturdays, making sure i have plenty of time to recover for more AA3. Any other excersises i should be adding in during it. Any other body part i should hit hard, some people have suggested putting in glute ham raises. Anyone?
