I do abs 3-4xweek.. I do a pretty intense ab workout because after 8months my left side of my stomach has amazing definition to it... I love the way they look.. I still want to improve though.
The problem is, I do the same amount of reps etc.. for each side but my right side is slow as hell to grow. Why is that?? under the proper lightening you can see all six perfectly, but if you're in close view, they're very very light and not as well defined They're there.. but not sticking out as much..
How can I get these damn things to grow??
