lmao!!! battle of the skinnies.... I personaly rather be the fucking beast pressing and deadlifting huge amounts of weights thats just me, only the strong survives, 6 pack will not save you from getting crushed by a 300lbs beast.. just my .02... i have 20 more lbs to catch up on
meh, i'd be willing to bet that a fighting 200lber more than 50% of the time could pwn the 300lb beast in any type of physical challenge, and def lifting if it's done by body weight percentage.
