A question about my Protein Shake - really need help on this one guys

About 2 weeks ago I bought a 3kg bucket of Redbak Complete Protein. its WPI with other protein blends in there too.

With my old Protein Powder (Pure WPC) it said Serving Size: 40g (2 heaped tablespoons) for 31 grams or protein.

With my new stuff it says 30g (1 scoop supplied with powder) serve for 26 grams of protein.

I want to get a bit over 30 grams per serve so I use 2 table spoons of it, like the old stuff.

On the back of the tub it says apply 1 scoop, approx 30g.

Yet my table spoon says 20mLs on it and when I put 2 tables spoons in to the 30g scoop it barely goes over halfway.

Is 1 table spoon 20 grams?

Or do you think the company is just saying that the scoop is 30gs but is actually more so Ill use 1 everytime and Ill run out quicker and go buy more more often.

I know this is a bit confusing but I cant seem to figure it out, Thank You for any help in advance.

Millilitres (ml) is a volume, whereas grams (g) are a weight.

The only substance where these are equal in the metric system is water if my memory serves me correctly, otherwise there will be variations.

I always use a scale for most things.

I do know that with my current protein powder, 35 g is close to two scoops.

One tablespoon is probably not going to be 20 g of whey protein.
