hey all im 20f 5'2 115 lbs..just joined the gym my goals r to get a 4 pk along with getting tight in all other areas...whats an ideal gym schedule?? im planning on going to the gym 4 days a week. should i do different parts of the body on each day and if so what goes with what..helppp thnx a lot

Did you plan on any cardio? It is a better idea to break up cardio and weight training onto differnet days. Otherwise one major part or group per day, with around 5 days off. In your case you would have 7 days off per body part as you would only being working that part once a week.

Blast, you specificly said abs. I should have said that for most people abs recover quicker and the 5 to 7 day rest is not needed (well maybe the first few weeks you start training).

P.S. Great name :)
