1st figure competition, need advice or buddy in colorado:)

Hi there! I am pretty new here, think its a awesome forum with LOTS of info and help how it looks like. So i am full in hopes this i am getting lots of advice and new ideas here:) So as the title says i am preparing my self for my first figure competition, am very exited have also lots of months to go, the show is in december but i might go to something sooner if my body is ready for it... would be great to go to one in september or october but i rather take time and be fully prepared then to rush myself and look like cr.. lol.
i dont have any posing pics of myself yet but i defently will post them so soon i have some.
So for now all i have is i am 5'5, 124lb but have lots of bf% all of the sudden! hmmm used to be at 17% of well i'll work my way down there:)
i am on a diet since 4 days and lost 5lb

my diet plan is(eat every 3hrs)

supplements
womens multivitamins, calcium, vitamin e, fish oil

meal 1.

1 joghurt(activa dannon)
1/4 cup egg whites
2x swiss cheese(2%) slices
5x turkey breast slices


meal 2.

egg protein shake
3 strawberries

meal 3.

3oz. tyson chicken strips
2.5 cups salat
1 tbsp olive oil

meal 4.

egg protein shake

meal 5.

4oz. chicken breast
1 string cheese (colby jack 2%)
1/4 cup egg whites

would apreachiate any advice! and i also am looking for someone in colorado(aurora/denver area) with same goals so we could support each other:)

How many calories is that? It doesn't look like much food to me.
Also~ I'd add more green veggies in there. Grilled peppers/Zucchini are awesome!! Also grilled cabbage. Yummm

1/4 cup egg whites
2x swiss cheese(2%) slices
5x turkey breast slices


meal 2.

egg protein shake (Anywhere for 2.5 to 3oz chichen with a salad and 1/2 cup brown rice.
3 strawberries

meal 3.

3oz. tyson chicken strips
2.5 cups salat (Like #2, but have sweet potato and veggies)
1 tbsp olive oil

meal 4.

egg protein shake (#2 or #3 can be a whey protein drink. Depending on when you train. You should have the pd pst training)

meal 5.

4oz. chicken breast
1 string cheese (colby jack 2%) (Fish and vegetables)
1/4 cup egg whites

You do need more calories and definitely more carbs.
Some suggestions highlighted.

Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks. Drink plenty of water and have green tea at least twice a day

Thank you so mutch for advice, i am on this diet for cutting, b/c(even it might doenst look like it lol) i have good size muscles to start with so i just want to cutt some of this fat what covers my hard gained muscles:), so my plan is to stay on it for a week or two and then increase my carbs intake. Sounds like a plan or still no good? ;)
 
NPC in colorado...ahm its in december so i got lots of time to make sure i look good:supercool are you doing any and if then where and when?

I'm thinking about it. I'm in Denver. It'd have to be late fall as I've got a lot of work to do! I'll think about December. Right now I need to challenge myself to a week of clean eats and NO WINE! :mix:
