1st Beast/Kdrol cycle Log

DAY 4: CHEST AND BIS DAY!! :):) I don't know what else to say but this stuff is the real deal,I feel unstoppable..day 4 and I am gaining strength and can see size gains already..

Cardio: 45mins fasted cardio
Diet: No carb day , ate 1703 cals..
(15g Carbs, 296g Protein, 48g fats)
Beast: 30mg

Aren't you getting any of the lethargy a lot of people seem to get with beast? Also how's that diet feeling? I was under the impression you needed to increase carbs with beast..?

No lethargy at all, my energy levels are still up .. I am also carb cycling so I'm still getting carbs in my diet.. So far so good :)..

DAY 5: Felt Abit lazy today haha but still hit the gym .. Trained shoulders and abs .. Had a good workout .. I'm keen to take my measurements on Saturday .. I've definitely gained size but I have lost abit of definition in my abs.. I might up my cardio a bit..

Cardio: 45mins fasted cardio
Diet: low carb day ,ate approx 2307 cals (173g carbs, 274g protein, 49g fats)
Beast: 30mg

45 mins fasted cardio! That's a long ass time considering you aint eaten a thing. I couldn't do it that long, my stomach would complain too much lol!

What are you doing for your cardio?

I'm just doing low intensity cardio, walking on the treadmill for 45 mins.. 6.5kph/level 5 incline ..
 
6.6 kph is a fairly brisk walk. I walk 2 km on my way to work in the mornings. That's all the fasted cardio I get in. It takes me around 15 mins so around 7.5 kph
 
DAY 6: LEG AND TRIS DAY.. demolished legs, can hardly walk haha..Arms are still hurting from bicep day but still pushed through :D .. Loving the increase in strength.. No bad side effect showing , no lethargy , I did have headaches but they have passed ..

Cardio:40mins fasted cardio :( 5 mins short because I had to drop my girl off to work BITCH !! ha

Diet: No carb day, ate 1713 calories (16g Carbs,290g Protein, 50g Fats)

Beast:30mg
