DAY 7: trained back and abs today .. Nice workout, can definitely see change in my body (vascularity) but still my abs army showing as much as before.. I'm gonna up my cardio 45 fasted cardio then maybe 20mins at night before bed..I'd rather look more ripped then bulky .. I will update my weight and BF% tomorrow.. Then BRING ON THE XMAS FEAST ON SUNDAY
