Starting cycle tomorrow Sat 17th dec

STATS: 21yrs old, 85.3 kgs, 12%BF, 5ft 9'
GOALS: Gain lean mass while cutting body fat (mainly a cut diet)

CYCLE: Beast 30/30/30/30 Wk 1-4
Katanadrol 250/250/250/250
Wk 2-6
Will be running liver,joint repair and test boosters throughout cycle

PCT: Forma Stanzol Wk 6-10
Postcycle 6-10

DIET (CARB CYCLING) :
Mon-No carb
Tues-Low carb
Wed-No carb
Thurs-Low carb
Fri-No Carb
Sat-High carb
Sun-Low carb
Might add another high carb day on tuesday

High Carbs (325g) 2840cals
Low Carbs (175g) 2300cals
No Carbs (0) exception of fibrous veggies 1700cals

Protein (280g ED)- all lean meat, whey protein
Fats (50g ED)- almonds, olive oil
Carbs-brown rice,sweet potato,wholemeal/wheat bread, oats

TRAINING:
45 mins fasted cardio ED
Mon- Back,Tris
Tue- Chest,Bis
Wed- Legs,abs
Thur- Delts,Tris
Fri- Back, Abs
Sat- Chest,Bis
Sun- Off

Please let me know if I should make changes to my cycle/diet/training if needed.
 
DAY 1: I'm going to take measurements every Saturday morning. 82.3kgs, 12%BF

45mins fasted cardio.
30mg beast.
Trained chest and bis today and fuaaaarrkk the pumps were amazing !! Its the first day and i already can't wait to see what gains I make in 6 weeks.
High carb day today consumed approx 2780 cals .. Again all lean proteins and starchy carbs and good fats..
 
DAY 2: Not much to log seeing today it my off day

Beast: 30mg
Diet: No carb day, approx 1714 calories

Can't wait for a full week of hard training !!! :)

I changed my carb cycle around abit, it's now Low,no,low,no,low,high,no .. Still might add a high day on Tuesday depends on how I look and feel
 
Keen to read this log. My mate is doing his first beast cycle too atm but sadly he hasnt got a real diet sorted out. Looking forward to see your results. Will probably be ordering my first bottle in a week or two :)

DAY 3: trained back and tris today, another awesome workout, amazing pumps I can't get enough !! Guys at the gym are already asking what the fuck im on haha .. Can't wait till tomoz and train chest and bis (favorite time of the week ;) )

Cardio:45 mins fasted cardio
Beast: 30mg
Diet: low carb day ate approx 2302 cals (173g carbs,276g protein,48g fat)
Don't forget im still taking forge liver guard and forge joint repair 2 caps each a day.. I couldn't get any HCGenerate bcoz it's out of stock but I am taking t-40 test booster..

Aren't you getting any of the lethargy a lot of people seem to get with beast? Also how's that diet feeling? I was under the impression you needed to increase carbs with beast..?

No lethargy at all, my energy levels are still up .. I am also carb cycling so I'm still getting carbs in my diet.. So far so good :)..

DAY 5: Felt Abit lazy today haha but still hit the gym .. Trained shoulders and abs .. Had a good workout .. I'm keen to take my measurements on Saturday .. I've definitely gained size but I have lost abit of definition in my abs.. I might up my cardio a bit..

45 mins fasted cardio! That's a long ass time considering you aint eaten a thing. I couldn't do it that long, my stomach would complain too much lol!

What are you doing for your cardio?

I'm just doing low intensity cardio, walking on the treadmill for 45 mins.. 6.5kph/level 5 incline ..
 
6.6 kph is a fairly brisk walk. I walk 2 km on my way to work in the mornings. That's all the fasted cardio I get in. It takes me around 15 mins so around 7.5 kph
 
DAY 6: LEG AND TRIS DAY.. demolished legs, can hardly walk haha..Arms are still hurting from bicep day but still pushed through :D .. Loving the increase in strength.. No bad side effect showing , no lethargy , I did have headaches but they have passed ..

Cardio:40mins fasted cardio :( 5 mins short because I had to drop my girl off to work BITCH !! ha

Diet: No carb day, ate 1713 calories (16g Carbs,290g Protein, 50g Fats)

Beast:30mg
 
DAY 7: trained back and abs today .. Nice workout, can definitely see change in my body (vascularity) but still my abs army showing as much as before.. I'm gonna up my cardio 45 fasted cardio then maybe 20mins at night before bed..I'd rather look more ripped then bulky .. I will update my weight and BF% tomorrow.. Then BRING ON THE XMAS FEAST ON SUNDAY :):)

Before I log Day 8 I'd like to talk about my 1st week on beast.. The first 3 days were UNREAL!! I loved the pumps I got in the gym and the energy in the gym, days 4-7 I got use to the pumps, but then I started feeling the increase in strength and let me tell you the strength increase in only 5 days were awesome.. I have definitely gained size which is good but have lost abit of definition in my abs which made me think I had gained a bit of fat (read my DAY 8 log), but overall week 1 couldn't have gone any better awesome pumps, increase in strength and size.. So far so good .. I'm dreading Xmas day though ALOT OF FOOD IS GOING TO BE CONSUMED haha
 
DAY 8: Measurements: let me tell you I was very surprised with my measurements , happy :) but surprised.. I use the same weight/BF% scales, I take measurements same time (first thing in the morning).. Today I weighed in at 87.3kgs, 11.8%BF , so that's a 5.1kg gain and 0.2% Loss in BF .. I'm surprised that my BF stayed even I would've thought i had gained Abit of BF but I'm not complaining ..

Workout: trained chest and bis, my favorite muscles to train :) .. Again awesome workout, did supersets today, low weight high reps..

Diet: I decided to have a no carb day today as opposed to my normal high carb day seeing that tomorrow is Xmas and I'm gonna eat like a fucking pig !! Haha

Beast:30mg
Cardio: 45 mins
 
DAY 9: MERRY XMAS EVERYONE .. today is the day where we can eat and drink whatever the fuck we want :) without any regrets.. Spending time with the family and having fun that's what it's all about ..
 
DAY 10: Straight back into strict diet and hard training, time to burn off all those Xmas calories !! And there's alot of them..yesterday ate a whole fucking lot but no regrets I spent time with the family and ate like a pig !! Yeah buddy ..

Today trained back and tri's .. Nice high intensity workout .. Supersets got me nice and sweaty

Diet: no carb day, ate 1745 calories
Cardio:1 hr cardio
Beast:30mg

This week and THIS week only..I'm goin to change up my diet Abit I'm goin to have 3 no carb days then carb up on Thursday and Friday then Saturday and Sunday MUSIC FESTIVAL TIME!!
 
DAY 11: No training today :( gym is closed by the time I get home from work (public holiday) so I did 1 hour cardio this morning and I'm going to do another 1 hr cardio sesh tonight with a ab workout to burn off the 10000000 calories I consumed for Xmas :) .. Definitely going to go HARD at the gym the next 4 weeks !!!!

Diet: no carb day .. Ate 1714 calories

Beast:30mg

Bring on chest and bis tomorrow !!
 
10,000,000 cals! Lol! I gotta admit I had too much crap food at Christmas as well.

Hey guys.. Soz I haven't been logging but I've been busy with work and stuff..

Ok do today I have finished my 4week cycle of beast and onto my 2nd week of katanadrol ..

Let me start off by saying that beastdrol is some pretty amazing stuff .. Awesome strength gains and lean muscle gains .. I trained my ass off for the first 2 weeks and by week 3 put on 8kgs and dropped 1.8% body fat !! But then xmas and new years come along :((( alot of eating and drinking and not alot of training = BAD!!! haha if I stuck to training and dieting my ass off for the whole 4 weeks I would've seen even better results .. Soo ATM my measurements are 87.6kgs and 10.9BF, my peak during the beast cycle was 90.8kgs and 9.9%BF ..

Next cycle I do I will definatley stick to my training and diet 110% !
 
Sweet mate, how were your sides at 30mg's? I have my beast cycle rdy and will start soon but not sure if ill start on 20mg's a day and see how it goes first.
