Don't waste your damn money.

I gained 15 lbs., 11 of which I'm sure was solid, which I'm pretty sure I retained. I've been cutting, and I'm down to 242 again but much, much more solid and strong. DON'T SPEND MORE THAN 80 A MONTH FOR A 1-AD CYCLE. It's pointless! Unless, of course, you need nizoral to keep your damn hair from falling out. I need to buy some myself, as ever since 1-AD my hairs' been dropping . . . and it doesn't seem to be slowing down!

I used it and at first it seemed my hair was falling out.... but I continued to use it for the next few weeks and did not notice anything else. In my case at least the 1AD did not affect me in that way. Now as far as weight gain, I gained 16 pounds in a 5 week cycle, I retained about 12 of those pounds afterwards.
