I was able to get a couple of Glycogen depletion workouts in the last couple of days. Tanned up the legs a little bit, and have been doing the water and sodium load. Flying back home thursday to take photos that night. And will have them up friday evening sometime.
It totally sucks but ill take it over the no sodium at all no water, no carbs the day before diet though! I'm so ready to be done with boiled chicken and raw asparagus. So done with that.
Thanks Pete I really appreciate it. I was going to lift yesterday and today but yesterday I took a ball off my finger and broke it. SO another couple of days lost. Ah well...
good job man, especially considering all the S*** that happened to you during this. Way to hang in there and still finish it strong, im sure alot of people would of given up considering the circumstances.
