Ran for 20 min at a 7 which is a PR for me.
Then did treadmill sprints

I then did the dynamic stretching warmup that I do.
Then off to the fun stuff

1X1@205(PR!) w3reps@45lb plate (I felt so good I figured why not give it a try! 20lbs better then 3 weeks ago! Very happy about this one!

Got done at 8:30. I had all my food and my water in the back pack and I was about 8 blocks away so I just threw on the bag and jogged there. Started at 9:30 and played straight until 1:15pm. I was pretty hashed. Full on games to 21 today. My legs feel pretty shot.
Game home and just dominated
10egg whites

and 6oz of Ruby red Grapefruit.
